About Argentine Tango
Argentine Tango is its own world. Born in the late-19th-century immigrant neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, it is improvised rather than choreographed, danced in close embrace, and led entirely through subtle weight shifts and chest connection. There is no "basic step" the way other dances have one — you learn to walk, to listen, and to invent the dance in the moment with your partner.
